Also, I don't think this post is a good reference for future work, I wouldn't hire someone who said they'd 'go to jail' if they saw their previous manager.
Geez, that sucks, sorry. Well, if they won't ship it at their expense, and you think they should, I guess you have no choice. Time to lawyer-up. Maybe you can get paid for that gig while you're at it.
