Strictly water and coffee, but I am getting old, apparently...U may need to cut down on beverages...
I donāt think itās a bad trade, but I would not do it it. I really want a Valenti, but Iām a P bass guy.
Question for yourself is whether a P is a foundation instrument for you. Attraction of the new is strong, but which one would be the "extra"?

Interesting how all the people who owned this particular bass or one similar tell you to get it, it's a great bass. Yet, they all say how they don't own that bass currently. If it's so great, why doesn't anyone keep them?
Thanks for all the feedback! I am going to keep the Precision. It's my #1 4 string while the Valenti (believe it or not) would be my #3 5 string. It's very tempting, but after sitting down and playing the 63, the decision has been made.
And why is someone offering to swap theirs for a boring old P bass?
thank goodness, i was tossing and turning all nite worrying the P was about to travel, lol
