Yes, you buy the bass and then thy will deliver it to you. Thats about it, as far as customer service from my experience that's another story, a negative story.
Never done business with these guys, but I'll be in Miami in late November and I am going to have to stop in and check them out!
Any outfit that is this highly thought of deserves whatever business I can give them!!![]()

Luckly, it arrived in perfect condition.

Which is a shame because their website doesn't accurately reflect their inventory! I always have to call to ask if they have something in
I bought an amp from them once. No problems there.
I tried to order a Roscoe from them and this was right before Gard left and I had actually been talking to them. Spoke to 2 sales people about ordering a custom Roscoe and they kept losing my spec sheet. Wasn't going to risk it with that kind of $.
You should have been there when we were filming my Superchops 4 Bass Videos. We had Beaver and Wally (Voss)-I kept waiting for Lumpy and Eddie Haskell to drop by!
(Note: Baby Boomer reference to a TV Show called "Leave It To Beaver". Now, you kids get off my lawn!)
Did you order the Roscoe, or were you just "talking about ordering one"? There's a difference. I had no such difficlties when ordering my JO5 and my Fodera. There was no risk.
Gave them my specs for pricing and it was lost twice.
Gard took them with him to get a headstart on his new job.
j/k................I think
