You sure? I swear mine has a soft switch....I like it, no soft switch, but I prefer that.

Sweetwater says they'll ship in AprilTurbo Tuners are the best, I have an ST-300 and an ST-300 mini and love both, they're very fast, fast enough that I can keep an eye on intonation while I'm playing. I have a Polytune 3 as well. I saw the new Peterson Strobostomp HD tuner at NAMM, it looks great but definitely not a mini. The Peterson has an always-on setting, so does the ST-300, but the ST-300 mini does not, I have to use it in a side-chain.
EDIT: just talked myself into pre-ordering the Peterson from Sweetwater.
.Yep. I watched some YouTube clips before purchasing the Dual Lock and learned that, luckily. Some people used too much DL under their pedals and it's a pain in the a**.A couple small squares in the corners of pedals is all you need that stuff is strong
why shrink expand it lets stick one to the guitaristsLOL my pedals are sitting pretty comfy, currently. Anyway I'm planning to shrink the whole thing. Smaller board (maybe a Tone Trunk 56), and replacing the NE04 + Manta with a Soundblox Pro BEF, and I also have a Cusack More Louder collecting dust, I might as well swap the Bajo Mos for it.View attachment 3301906

Swapped my Programmable SansAmp for a VT, which freed up space on the Nano+ for a Joyo Ultimate Drive.

Haven't measured, but pretty sure if I turn the VT sideways and go all the way to the edge, I can squeeze in one more: that'll probably be the MXR Bass Envelope Filter, I think.
Glad I saw your post on this before I bought anything, there's a great 5-part series on setting up boards with DL on YT.Yep. I watched some YouTube clips before purchasing the Dual Lock and learned that, luckily. Some people used too much DL under their pedals and it's a pain in the a**.
Another important thing that you should know is that the Dual Lock has its vertical pattern, similar to an "S".Glad I saw your post on this before I bought anything, there's a great 5-part series on setting up boards with DL on YT.
You right!Another important thing that you should know is that the Dual Lock has its vertical pattern, similar to an "S".

Remember that in order to make a pedal stick to the board, the two sides must match in the pattern, so they must be oriented in the same direction. Let me know if you understand, english is not my native language.
I learned it while assembling my board yesterday. I noticed that a couple of pedals weren't well fixed and realized that since they were mounted horizontally the pattern didn't match. Luckily I was able to remove the pieces I used and turn them. I didn't need to use new pieces of DL, jut turned the old ones and it worked. You right!
I always preferred smaller boards. The bigger pedalboard I've had was a Pedaltrain Jr which is still medium size btw, the smallest was a Nano+ which I still use.I had a huge board and kept downsizing... Last week I got myself an Orange Terror Bass and now the VT Deluxe went out. Love this practical little thing. I use this giggin' board for a stoner/psychedelic band and a rock cover band (rival sons, qotsa, royal blood, ... ).
Signal: Fender jazz or precision => tuner => micro synth => bluesdriver => phaser => delay => amp (Orange Terror Bass with a 4x10 and 1x12 markbass cab).

My little contribution to this A m a z i n g thread.
I carry this Black box around and i really like it.
pic no 1. The Black box
pic no 2. The Insides
pic no 3. War mode ON
pic no 4. Side view.(the metal frame of the box keeps the pedals in place)
Some notes: I play metal and extreme metal and along a clip on tuner those pedals have served me well so far.I keep ODB-3 always on for a slight Growl, and when needed i kick on MT-2 for sonic Mayhem. Both are battery powered.(Battery on Metal zone is kinda low on the pics.)
That's great advice and you came through perfectly clear. Thanks again.Another important thing that you should know is that the Dual Lock has its vertical pattern, similar to an "S".

Talk to me about that Boss Bass Overdrive - how do you like it?
