Update of post #248.

The G Style in post#302 was sold off 2.28.21

An Ibanez BTB676 has been added.
Self made ramps were made for the fretteds.

And wooden cavity covers have replaced the original plastic on the TWB's.(I despise broad sheets of plastic on a bass)

Been a while since I posted here, figured I'd do an update

Bought this a bit ago to use as a project build - it's an Epiphone Thunderbird Pro IV that was never completed (according to the seller..... ):

....but it is a pretty solid match for my Pro 5

Apparently stripping the finish off old basses was a thing in the 70s/80s? Good for me, means I could afford some nice vintage Fenders without paying 8grand for one.
These both look like alder to me.
