The back of my '66 J from original owner to agent to me. Owner bought a Fender Body Guard when he bought the bass and proceeded to play the daylights out of the it going forward.

Thanks, that's actually a Harley Benton JP-550P - a new model release maybe a month ago.

Great modding platform - Ash body, 24-fret roasted neck. Downsized body - weighs in at 8lbs, 13oz for my 5-string version.

I replaced the stock pickups with a Yamaha P and a Howard Ulyate jazz single coil.
