NOS as in New Old Stock? You got that new? Sweet if you did. If not it's still cool.

I'm asking because there is this weird music store in Loma Linda called Pedreni Music and they have brand new NOS Peavey bass heads. The one he had on the floor me was a 200 watt head. Looks sort of like the Bass 400. They look like they are mid eighties. They guy said they have warehouses of stuff like that. I wonder if they have any basses.

Yep, new old stock. The guy owned a music store in the eighties and nineties and has been listing stuff on criagslist. It's remarkable that the bass looks this good after 21 years.

I have a Peavey Cirrus 6, a Peavey T-40, and a Peavey Foundation.

I play the Cirrus a lot, and love it. I play the T-40 occasionally. It is a nostalgia piece. My first bass that I payed for myself was a T-40.

My Foundation is semi permanently loaned out to my wife's cousin, who can't afford his own.

No no no, Jeff. You have THE Cirrus 6. That one is definitely my favorite Cirrus of all time.

More on topic--I played a maple/alder Cirrus 5 for a couple of years, then got stupid and traded it off on a Warwick of all things (which I only kept for a matter of months ). I have also owned a couple of USA Millenium Plus', and currently own a T-40 (I never play it, but it's cool to have).

SO, plenty of love for Peaveys here.
