I’m partial to the classic Jazz Bass knob:
This set on the tobacco burst bass is a standard MIA VVT set plus a stacked pair for a Deluxe/Elite/Ultra I model.

The pair on the black bass are, believe it or not, from an old Lincoln Invertec 250S welding machine. I have found that “Jazz Bass” knobs have been used on commercial/industrial machinery and equipment for decades…probably how Leo found himself using them…

Note the Jazz Bass knobs. I also have the huge one from the amperage dial, kind of like a “Joe Dart” knob, fits a 1/4” solid shaft pot.

I found a 3rd JB knob a couple weeks ago on a failed compressed air tank purge timer. The timer was disconnected and left on the floor, I secured the knob…
Once I find a 4th somewhere on a job site, I’ll install the pair onto the black bass in place of the two black dome knobs.
