Show us your FenderBirds/Exploders!!!

I've just been given a left-handed P-Bass neck in Maple. I'll reverse the nut (or install a new one) to make it a Reverse Headstock Right Hander - fine distinction, but.....:)

Anywhoo - I'm thinking of a Thunderbird or an Exploder if I can pick up a suitable body (probably Epiphone for either).

Any hints, tips, general pearls of wisdom for this - and if you've done it, or caused it to be done, let's see the pics!!!

Worry not!
Happens us all!

They were lovely, btw!:D

Thank you Sir. Since I'm here I may as well contribute a photo. Perhaps folks have seen this one before? I like to keep around because it inspires me to put one of these together someday.

Some of you have seen these before so just for the OP;
An Epi body and an inexpensive lefty J neck, it becomes a much easier project if you modify the heel of the neck rather than the pocket of the body - Good luck :)
