Show your amps! Part 2

BassrigGLpost.jpg

The rig is new. The L-1000 I've had for a few months.

I'm STOKED! :hyper:

Not fancy, expensive, special or even pretty, but theyre mine.

Fender BXR400 plugged into a home made box housing two JBL 15"s. No idea about the model name, but I do know theyre old (and potent). With my meager collection of weapons lined up in front.

Traynor YBA-200 on another home made cabinet housing my prized vintage Peavey Black Widows.

Low brow, sure. But those douchebags with their car trunks loaded with cheapass subs aint got NOTHIN on me! NOTHING!!

Your looking at a 2002 Warrior Bee ----> Sadowsky RSD-1 pre ----> BBE Sonic Maximizer----> Crest CA4 bridged into 4ohms total (1100W) ----> Aguilar s210 ----> Legion 1x15

This thing is so loud and punchy that it actually made my 3mo old girl pee her pants when I fired it up (and she was in the dining room). Clarity and headroom for days, I can't wait to play it in a band context!!!!!!

Heath,

No tweets. I'm probably in the minority, but I find tweets to sound "clacky." Those are 115XL's. The 115XLT's have the clackers. It's a very flexible rig since I can go with one or two cabs and pretty much retain my tone either way.

im in the minority too man *hi-5* im using nothing but my peavey twin 15 and fender 400 pro head these days...so much punch...i still have my peavey 410 and carlsbro db158 if i need something small for rehersal

sweet sweet rig! just wondering if you changed the knobs on your ps600 or if they are now coming with the same knobs as the ul series amps?

Well, I had a chat with the guys at Epifani. I sent the amp to have the knobs changed, as they do not recomend doing it yourself at all. They said they might be switching the knobs on the new run, as to whenever this new run is coming out I dont know. But, I have bad eyes and asked if I could have the chrome ones switched because I could not see where they were pointing. They were great to deal with and helped me out alot.
