Had to chime in here with the "beware of the laptop on top of the/ next to the speaker cabinet" warning. I know its on top of the amp, and not the cab, but just watch out, because the magnets can jack up yout hard drive if the two get too close.....

That 810 215 is nice. Must be heavy though.

It's not light at all. All totaled probably in the 300+ pound range for the whole rig. But it takes heavy gear to make that heavy tone.. There's nothing as thrilling as standing right in front of that beast while playing and feeling all your cloths and hair flutter around you from the sound pressure coming off it.

(for those of you about to scream about destroying my hearing, that little orange and purple box on the 215 is ear plugs)

Why not 2 410s and 2 115s? It's the same stuff, but easier to carry? Or would that not work impedance wise? Here's a question. Does 2 4x10s sound the same as 1 8x10 of the same company?

here's a rig I had last summer but I traded the SVT II Pro for an Aggie DB750. The DB750 with Eden cabs is the best rig I've ever owned but those Ampeg cabs were both 4 ohms so I had the SVT Pro going into 2 ohms. It did sound good.

ive just noticed on your pv 2x15, and one or two others on here that your cabs are "square" cabs (although mines not BW loaded, it had 2 new eminence gamma's installed just before i bought mine), my cab is, i think i heard some one say "j style"..kinda tilt back

Hmmmm...Didn't think about that. I figured the vibrations wouldn't be good for it. Of course it was the lead singers insistence it go there and its HIS laptop....he he. Ever try to convince a lead singer of anything? Thanks for the word...
