I do realize he buys drivers from Eminence and Foster (for the bass cabinets) and has an outside firm build his input plates (which I learned when I questioned why the 1/4 in. jacks are no longer Switchcraft but some cheap Chinese parts).
He does own the Avatar name (and I suppose the cabinet designs that he develops with the help of folks at Eminence) and that's what I was getting at...build and sell Avatars (identical in every way possible) in Oz for equivalently bargain prices without having to ship completed cabinets there from Idaho.
