Nice, I kinda wish I went that route instead of the 3101212, but damn it sounds massive! I still need me that pre though.

Here's my 1966 PA745. It's my understanding that it was the first PA made by Kustom, but it's actually just a modified bass amp. 2 channels, each with 2 inputs and channel 1 has reverb. It's part of the old school "Frankenstein" style, named so because of the large "forehead" on the actual head, which was later reduced and made thinner.

The cab is an original Kustom tuck and roll of matching color. It packs 2 12s, despite looking a little short...

I've been running my 1210 + 1212 for over 6 months now and I can honestly say, I'm set! (at first with a CrownCE1000 and Yamaha Pre... since early Jan with the Tube head)

:bassist: I wasn't first though... dang close but not the first to match the 1210 to the 1212

I bet that pre makes it sound gooood! I'm thinking about grabbing a new fender pre to try with my crown

I'll be watching for a full review of the set up in the mega thread!

I just found out we're opening for Dickey Betts & Great Southern next month ( :bassist: :hyper: ), so that will be the first "bigger" gig I'll try this guy on. I have a couple of biker-bar type shows before, too, so I'll save up my notes.
