I´m very happy with it. The 112XLT´s are so light and portable.
I wanted to size down from my Hartke 4.5 XL, but the sound is bigger now.
I also liked the sound of the 12´s over the Edens 10´s with my jazzbass.
It´s warmer IMHO.
And two of them are loud enough for almost any situation for me.

So yes, it's overkill, but it's my dream rig. It sounds as big as it is. :D :bassist:

No gigs with ALL that???? Put it to good use! (you can't be using all that power just for 20x20 jams). Although you will need a truck for that.

Never all the way. I've broken enough items on the 1st floor of the house to know I can't safely turn up without doing more damage. It isn't my house. I also don't want to make his neighbors mad. The houses are pretty close together. We're trying to coordinate with some friends to play at a party this summer. Once I get this rig outdoors, I'll definitely test it's limits. It would be too tempting not to.

:eek: im pretty sure one of those cabs with the behringer 300 watt head would more than do the job for jamming for fun in a basement but hey who need 300 watts when you can have 4600 watts :bassist: but seriously that is awesome, just a question how much did it all cost and how the hell did you afford it!

That is a seriously impressive amount of gear Horny Toad! But I would have killed for a single Schroeder cab last night after playing a full set on a 100 degree stage & humping my gear down a flight of steps at 2 AM... and I played that gig using only my tiny little Ampeg SS150 head + SVT410/15 cabs.... through the PA & monitors.

Here is the price breakdown of my little road rig, I did not buy this all new-

Ampeg SS150H - $175
Ampeg SVT 15E - $250
Ampeg SVT 410HE- $450

Total cost= $875

As soon as you get out of the basement, I can sum up my advice to you in three words...

GET A ROADIE :D ;)
