Man that is a heavy amount of player-interface or a late '60s Tele bass. Especially in our new awareness of virus's/germs - I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole! You'd need a hazmat suit to clean up that thing!

Definitely be up to date with your tetanus shot. Maybe wipe it down with a damp cloth to remove as much debris as possible, spray it with Lysol and maybe give it a matte clear coat.

I saw one in person at Real Guitars here in SF. Lovely colour but of course it was a boat anchor.

I’ve passed on many a bass for just that reason. I’ve spent my formative playing years with an RD Artist then a heavy mahogany body G&L L-1000. Now if it’s not under 9 lbs I won’t bother with it. I made the exception once and it’s the least played bass I own.

Pardon the low wear on this Eko rocket bass, but thought you might appreciate the shape. It's certainly not something you see everyday. There may be a slight scuff on the edge of the upper horn.

I'm aware of the Eko Rocket bass - awesome. Interesting that Eko being Italian it has the same knobs as on the Italian made VOX basses then.
