real nice!

hows it working for ya?

Dave

I just started playing with it, and with the EQ flat it sounds amazing. Nothing overly harsh. Very nice midrange voice. Smooth response. Low end is nice & articulate, but with a small boost of the bass control it really gets low. I had extremely high expectations for this amp, and so far Nick has delivered.

This is making me happy now. If I really need to knock down the building instead of just shifting it, I've got a Bag End 15 to add to the mix. It's fun to describe your rig in terms of blast radius. It might be time to add a pair of 112's just for fun.

That bass scares me!

It looks like the giant one that's always chasing me in my dreams and screaming at me, "You need to practise more, you lazy little b*****d"!

:(

Here's my humble little rig.

I've mainly set it up for great sound with my Rob Allen basses, but it's pretty good sounding with slab basses too. It's a great ultra light rig (under 65lbs with the MB-2!), plus if I'm playing with acoustic players, all I need is the UL-110, Fishman preamp and Clarus. Add the UL-112, turn the amp up and it's respectably loud.

Hey Ken, recognize anything?
