Sadly, I can't get them off without ruining the finish

Quick question. What G&L Colour is that specifically?

That one with the mirror guard is the sparkle blue finish. Most shots it looks more gaudy due to the flash but that one is a better representation.

here's my tribby l2k. i cant stand unfinished necks but loved everything else about it so it got about 8 coats of amber dye and 6 or 7 coats of nitro.plays like buttah now

G&L uses real flamed maple tops not the fakey stuff. Believe me it isn't a cheap option. Call a dealer and price one out.
