My latest additions (one of which is the second time around) which will hopefully stick around for a while. I'm back to SB-2s. The black one has crinkle black hardware & pickguard with an eye gouger headstock and is nice and light. The green fretless I've had before and found again when I missed being able to make whale sounds for fun.

Ok, I just put together my ASATL2000.. I found the L2000 body on ebay signed by "Leo Fender", I'm pretty sure its authentic. The bass is awesome, no neck dive, sounds killer, and is signed by the man! But I dont know anything about how the sig came to be? if anyone knows let me know!

man, you guys are just mean....
wyleeboxer - those "signature" bodies were a limited edition option on some models that ran from late 80s thru early 90s, if I'm not mistaken. I still have the catalogue that came in the case candy from my '89, and it's got an ASAT guitar with the LF sig in the catalogue...

Hi pablo, this is very nice bass. I like the cherryburst with binding very much. This my L 2000 which I bought in 2006.
