I'm all fer it, even though I know some people don't want him to stop being the Robin Hood of bass gear. I think that the level of dedication he's put into build support, tech support, trouble shooting DIY builds, explaining the hows and whys of the design have been exemplary, and now its time for a more traditional approach that may get closer to him recouping something for his efforts.
Unfortunately, once the cow starts giving the milk for free everyone is looking for milkshakes and ice cream on demand.
