After some grieving time, please adopt another dog in need. You will never be able to replace your past dog(s), but getting another dog will just be like starting a new chapter in a happy book. Again, sorry for your loss.

My folks had a cat, long after I moved out, covered in my goodness how are you still alive scars. She also had like 2 molars and a claw. My mum thought she probably caught the wrong end of a possum. Believe she was one of my sister's redomestications. Dunno how she got by in the wild. But with easy access to cat food, she used to surprise birds and just lie on them and suck them to death.
They called her Sandra Claws.

I can identify with this. My fella is always "on the scrounge" when out for a walk. Sometimes I think he is just sniffing at something, but often I notice something sticking out the side of his mouth. Then....the pose in the picture is adopted.
