13 year old Lucas, wondering where his next cookie is coming from. He was 6 weeks old when he rescued us......

The other dog I posted earlier is Amanda Lynn.... aka, Mandy.

My wife and I volunteer for a few pet rescues and pet transports. Mandy was pulled from a high kill shelter minutes before being the next victim, because she was heartworm positive.

We fostered her, went through the heartworm treatments and became foster failures.

She will be 5 years old on Feb 14th.

Otto passed away in November. I miss him every single day, so very much.
My wife is going to be having a major back surgery in the next month or two so it's not the time to adopt a new friend yet but soon. I really hope soon.

Good luck with that. I went thru the spine fusion thing some years back. I needed my dog with me in the bed to heal. I know you miss Otto. We never stop missing them.
