I’ve actually been super impressed with the Octron. It replaced an OC2 and I dont see the need to go back. And it feels a little sturdier.

The octave up has a little fuzz to it that makes it pretty synth-y if you like that sort of thing. I’m very impressed personally.

ha ha did a double take to check it wasn’t a black n white photo!

how you liking that octron? I’ve got one arriving this week

Got my board sorted properly. I hooked the harmonic percolator fuzz up to one of the sag power outlets on the PP2+. I’m using the 3 monkeys solderless cables to fit everything.

I am currently moving across the county but once I get settled I need to really sit down with my CORE and MC6. I got the mc6 back in March and it is still in the box.

Finally can qualify into this club. Temple Audio boards and K&E solderless cables made this come together so well! The fortunate color-scheming doesn’t hurt either.

Yea I’ve come to realize that RAT-based OD is what I hear in my head when I’m looking to kick it up a notch. The Rattler checks my boxes for that + the boost helps too.

I’ve tidied up my board a bit. I’d love to get the 3 monkeys DC cable kit but it’s a bit too expensive with customs charges and such.

the pedal not labeled is the Lazy Sprocket. Many people wonder why I have two Lehle loop switches and it is because one controls dynamics (lazy sprocket and MXR envelope filter) and the other controls the chorus. All 3 pedals they control make a loud pop and using the Lehles alleviates this.

Here's my current. Removed the Sovtek big muff pi as I can route it in when needed and the dirt I get from the Spark and Comp is plenty for what I'm playing. Rockboard pedalboard, power and patchbay are great.

I took the SCR-DI off my board, as I only use it for the overdrive when playing live. Replaced it with a Scrambler OD and the Ampeg Opto Comp. I really like the compression pedal.

I have both Ampeg pedals as well. The OptoComp brings the bass out front in the mix.
