Literal work in progress..
Hello. This is my first visit to this epic thread. Now that I see that works in progress are in scope, here is mine. A hard lesson in prioritization, this layout is as much about what I didn't have space for as what I did.
This photo has heat map-like annotation to show switches that will have high, low, and no interaction (red, yellow, and blue respectively).
The blank space on the left will be an expression pedal; on the right, a MIDI controller for patch changes. The American Loopers pedal in the middle is a spillover switch between the Tensor and Reverb (a send switch with an always-on common output, really).
Audio and power cables will be EBS. Underneath will be Strymon power supplies, a JDI, and a Suhr Buffer. Each pedal will be affixed with a patch of rug padding under it and zip ties over it (friction plus pressure).
The board's short edges have patch bays for all external audio and power connections, with a power switch.
A custom, padded soft case is on the way.
Finally getting around to this after seven years.

But in fairness: during that time, I acquired all these pedals; and most of them were newly released.
