Yes it does! Separate outputs too. You can run it into an AB/Y box or run it to 2 amps. Almost too much fun.

I had one of these years ago (60's National w/Res-o-Glas body) - it had a piezo-like bridge. 30" scale - a cool little bass with a quirky/unique tone.

Very cool. It's likely the Italia is based on that bass. That's their whole ethos- revive really cool old designs.

So is it a short scale? And what does it sound like? Because of the Res-o-Glas body, the National sounded like it was being played in a plastic shower-stall! Like I said, quirky! But it was so petite that I flew with it once and it fit in the overhead storage compartment!

The Italia is a full scale. The reso lite doesn’t sound notably different than a wood semi hollow. I believe the key tonal characteristics from semis come from the construction itself. Definitely wooly and woofy. Definitely a low fi vibe which in my opinion is the whole point in using semis!

Sounds like a cool bass - good luck with its sale! (if anyone is going to buy a bass - this is the guy you want to buy it from!)

I have some white basses. I like them.

This one is possibly the most maligned Fender Jazz on TB. The infamous 1996 Black logo MIM Jazz. Presented here for your denigration, complete with one piece guard/control plate , Strat knobs and twin neck size pick ups. It is also the only bass that I purchased new that still remains in my possession. It is a better bass than the gear snobs would have you believe:

This is my 1984 Ibanez RB650, complete with stock heart paddle tuners and boomerang strap buttons. Punches way higher than its ~$300 weight class:

The next two have lain in fallow for a while. Parts basses that have enjoyed more neglect than they deserve. I got the inspiration to swap out some pickups around 3 years ago and neglected to finish the jobs off. I probably had to attend to a dangerous dip in my BAC.

Squier body of 90's vintage w/ original single ply guard. I think it is one of the anniversary models. DIY defretted 1996 MIM Jazz neck, 1st generation Highway One pickups, a 70's era Hondo brass bridge and "shotgun shell" knobs that I tripped over on fleaBay:

85 or so MIA body, bath tub routed for the reverse P - a Stan Hinesley. Some after market bridge cover and a 2006 MIM Jazz neck with a nicely understated flame:

As I sit here posting this, it occurs to me that i should swap the hardware on the two parts-P's. Also, those chicken heads need to be cream or they have to go.

I mocked them up with the hardware swap. It's a no-brainer

MVC-001S.JPG I only have one; this '06 Carvin LB-20, finished in that metallic candy white that Lexus used to use. I have no feelings either way for white basses; as long as the bass ain't red? I'm happy... I just wanted a Carvin, and I practically stole this on on eBay. And, when you're left handed, you learn pretty quickly that there aren't a lot of choices out there. So,you take what you can get. Still... it is a very nice bass...
