In both of your pics, the bottom is cut off. Does it have a 'hump' at the bottom? I just did a search and found one from 2002-3 on Reverb in 3TSB with a hump-shape at the bottom.

The 'hump' makes for a very unique, instantly identifiable bass. Makes no sense otherwise but to set it apart visually - it is a stone-cold success. Send me a PM when you consider selling it -

Thank You! I've considered getting the head stock on the 5-string painted as I did on the 4-string, but the wait time on the places I've checked is several months minimum and I don't think I want to be missing the bass for that long.

According to Chopper, while he was touring with it, he found the fretboard wasn't planed to his liking, so he sent it back to Alien Audio to re-plane/refret, but as he still needed one for the tour, Chopper sent him a replacement that he ended up keeping. This one somehow got sold to someone up here in Canada who in turn sold it to me. That's pretty much it

OK, I sent off the five string to get the head stock painted to match the four string. It will hopefully be back in few weeks! I'll post a pick of my twins when I get it.
