I've used mine for over 4 yrs of gigs velcro'd to to the top of my Genz Benz Shuttle 9.0. No interference or ticks.

I’ve kept the firmware up to date on mine, and it seems to me that the battery life is even better now as well, plus it seems to work even better in “busy” environments.
sound like you should have bought the GLXD-14, the amp-top version of the same system; it skips the tuner for a nice extra battery recharger.I'm not currently using a pedal board so I've been putting my GLXD6 receiver on top of my amp also. I just bought my wireless kit recently so I've only used it for two rehearsals and one gig but I haven't experienced any kind of interference yet.
I had another thread about this with no replies so I’m going to ask here since you seem to know the system well- what are the differences between the amp top and pedal versions besides charger/tuner? Is the sound quality and reception pretty much equal?sound like you should have bought the GLXD-14, the amp-top version of the same system; it skips the tuner for a nice extra battery recharger.
pretty sure it's essentially the same systemI had another thread about this with no replies so I’m going to ask here since you seem to know the system well- what are the differences between the amp top and pedal versions besides charger/tuner? Is the sound quality and reception pretty much equal?
