Assuming no silk at the ball ends, yes, they do look very much like GHS Precision (NOT "Pressure") Flats.
GHS Precision Flats = stainless steel flatwound on a hex core.

Eventually, I’m thinking about having a P with flats and I prefer round cores. DR Legends are the only ones I know of.

Just picked another fretless A/E precision and it has these flat strings on her.
I checked with my mic and they look 65 - 110 or 115. My thoughts are they are Roto sounds black tapes.
What do you all think?????????

As far as I know, Rotosound Black Tapes come with yellow silk, not red.
D'A Black Nylon Tapes come with blue silk and color-coded ball ends, and only come in one set of gauges, 50-65-85-105.
What do they look like at the bridge end? Do they have red silk at both ends or just the tuner end? What about the color(s) of the ball ends?

I'm inclined to say GHS Tapewounds. Rotosound black nylon tapes have yellow/gold silk at both ends. D'Addario is blue both ends and La Bella is a darker purple.
They could be Pyramid tapes if 65ish to 115ish. They are 55-75-95-112. I have seen them red, pumpkin orange, green.
