Sadly he passed away about two weeks ago (I just read this news recently). Only 45, much too young. A wonderful and special talent will be missed.
It is remarkable there is on the internet almost no information about his death. Maybe some British members know what happened.

Yes there has been little written online about this sad news (he died December 9th 2021). Clearly a talented bloke, I had enjoyed watching his videos over the years.

Simon owned a Barker Bass, played it on a tour with Joe Long, and was always a delight in our communications. I just stumbled on this tribute on YT.
