This now defunct band had a fine bassist, Simon Johns, who was solid and melodic. Any fans of the band or the bassist here? Yasuharu Konishi of Pizzicato Five and Simon Johns are two of my favorites who don't seem to get mentioned much here.

Did he play on Miss Modular? That was a stunning bass line.

great bass player and band. they really have a unique and original sound. my wife introduced me to them (the only band she has ever turned me onto that i liked) and man i was hooked. their love of the vintage instruments and overlooked instruments (like the farfisa) also helps

Cobra and Phases Group Play Voltage in the Milky Night is my favorite album of theirs. Great playing on there Simon
