Single Coil Bartolini Mk1 Replacement

I've been highly considering buying an Ibanez SR505. I love playing it, it feels fantastic. It is, after all, in the same family of basses that I learned to play on. However, I've never been a huge fan of humbucker pickups in general (other than Music Man). So, I'm wondering if there's a single coil replacement in a soapbar housing the size of the Mk1's. Anyone have any recommendations??

The Mk1 are sized at 4.25 by 1.33. If the Aguilars are 4.25 by 1.25, would they fit okay...?

They'll fit fine

Lakland 55-01 uses the same MK1 pickups...here's one with Big Singles. I had Big Splits in mine for a few days.

Of course you could also get Bart MK5's which are the same size as the MK1's and just use one of the coils.
