SIT strings

I have been playing SITs for about 12 years now. I absolutely love their stainless strings and their nickels are great too. I get .135s from them on a regular basis....I would suggest that if you are looking for a gauge that isn't listed on their site to send them an email. Since their strings are wound right on the premises they are pretty open to doing a run of something they don't have in stock if you can wait a couple of days.

I might try that, but honestly...if they can make it why don't they list it? I'm tired of jumping through hoops to get the string gauges I want. I'm already boycotting GHS because they quit making .135's across the board! There are a few companies who have the gauges I want without having to beg for them so I'll probably just stick with them. Easy to get and readily available.

Okay, rant over!

I used many sets of SIT Powerwounds, and thought they were some of the nicest sounding nickel rounds being warm & bright with a more than fair amount of longevity, however - I didn't care for their Power Steels. They weren't very bright which is what I was after - D'Add Prosteels are much brighter.
