Six Rounds Pickup

Whats your opinion on a six rounds pickup? i only have a plywood bass and am a beginning player. so i dont need to buy the top of the line pickup and was wondering if this was a reliable pickup? i dont care too much about tone and quality cause liek i say im just a beginner.
