I wanna know how the smallest cab in that pic has 4x15 in it. I can see prints of two. Where are the other two?

That's exactly right! Same cabinet....

I'll get around to recording some good clips of it eventually. My guitarist has a pretty decent studio, but getting those cabinets there is a bit of a chore. They're only about 100-110lbs each, but pretty awkward.

But why does that hand and mic in the picture look so huge? The shadow made them look like they were right up against that cab. That's what threw me off.

Yea, they're right up next to the camera.. unintentional but really funny!

Even more incredible that these exist, intact. I want to hear these in an outdoor full band context. Amazing.

According to BFM these drivers were a sort of evolutionary dead end. But you have to admit they're pretty cool

I seem to recall a JPJ interview where he talked about the 30" cabinets. He said they sounded incredible but weren't reliable. Anybody else remember this? MY memory aint what it used to be.

Sounded pretty neat in the sound clip (for what it is), I imagine portability is why they never caught on, I mean other stuff that makes less sense has (1500USD cables and power cords).

I met a guy a few years ago in Orange Co. California who had two BRAND NEW 30" EV's with white cones still in the box. I wish I still had his number! He operated some kind of speaker resale biz. He also had some Servo-Drive cabs too which are pretty interesting.

These cabs need wheels, brake lights/turn signals, and a trailer hitch and you're all set!
