I wonder how it sounds?

I guess I'm saying that It does'nt look like 100k bass, but is that even possible? I did'nt say it was'nt cool becaus it definitely is, as all Ritters are, just wanted to be visually blown away. Ritters got other basses that looks wise, cleans this ones clock.

Is it just me or is the neck made of gold also? It sure look like it in that second picture.

By far the most unintelligent question I have ever heard. If the neck was a solid mass of gold than that would be like 7 to 10 bars, which would be at least $.5 million. And it would be the most neck heavy thing ever created.

Even though you've got to admire Jens Ritter's skill, that is not exactly what I'd call tasteful - overdone things never are. But... a wonderful piece of maple.

EDIT: There was a recent thread about "what's the most expensive bass". Well, now we know.

What is the neck made out of? Is it the plated Galperna Plastic? I'd be interested to see how this affects the sound and playability combined with the wood body... not that.. anyone will every play this...

but I have one with the plastic body and wood neck and it sounds very distinct

meh, just another reason for his prices to go up even more, to make him harder to contact, and why he needs to stop orders for half a year. To make basses that belong inside a vault and have to be played with sterilized gloves?

I really like the bass visually, but it also reminds me that an average joe like me can't get the roya of my dreams because he's too busy making basses for 50 fkng Cent so it seems.

Jens Ritter = Best bass maker in the world.

I've played $5000 Ritters, and I was scared enough to play them, let alone a $100,000 bass! That's one that should be framed and kept on the wall.
