So I quit my job at Mesa/Boogie... really.

Ben, you did the right decision.

It's another milestone in your life where you can look back and still see good friends in Mesa.

Good thing is, loving your work is like not working at all.

I'm sure everything turns out fine.

Chin up Dr Strange................you're young
and even if ya werent, life is like that, full of tough decisions. But you'll come thru better for having had the guts to make them. Based on the criteria you gave, it looks like it was a no brainer at this time.

Now, if you had quit your dream job at Vivid Video, i would have to call you an EEEDIOT STIMPY!!!! :p

Gard take a leaf out of Munji's book and start a thread where evreryone has to guess your "thing". C'mon Gard, I know you want to. The last one was so much fun..............

...naw, it's not an amp or a bass, nor is it a job....and it's certainly not that, you dirty minded Aussies!!! :p

;)

When and if something happens, y'all will know, fear not, but right now, it's mostly wishful thinking and hoping.

Ben,

Congrats on the new job and lifestyle.

I want to thank you for all your assistance with my recent WalkAbout Scout questions. Your input went a long way in helping me make my decision.

Mesa would be very smart to keep someone here to field all the inquiries. I really appreciated it.

Wait. When, and which guitar center? I was at 243 Clackamas.

It's sad how much I remeber about that place. "Hellothankyouforcallingguitarcenterhomeoftheguarenteedlowestpricethisisericwhatcanidoforyou?":rollno:

Rock on

I was at the New Orleans store. I never once did the "Hellothankyouforcallingguitarcenterneworleanswhereyou'reguaranteedthelowestpricethisisbenjaminstrangehowcaniseparateyoufromyourmoney?" I found that most customers appreciated the "Guitar Center, this is Benjamin." :D

These guys have been very cool with me; I put in my notice, and they're going to try to make it quick since my other job wants me as soon as possible. I believe that I will go back there one day, when I've got my schooling done and my band has settled down. Until then, I'm going to be one of their most vocal endorsers. After seeing how they build them, and how hardcore they try to be about quality and service, I'm even more of a fan now than I was before.
