So..I'm uncultured white trash (wine content)

I am finishing a bottle of Oyster Bay sauvignon blanc that was opened a few days ago but still taste yummy. It may not last until the curried chicken is ready - oh well. Maybe we'll go for a little Pinot Grigio or Gerwerztraminer with the spicy food. :D

The nice thing is that you can generally get it for around $10. It is from New Zealand which does a great job with sauvignon blanc - I have tried a bunch of them in the $9-12 range and never had a bad bottle. My favorite value in white wines.

Stinsox - most of the New Zealand wines are screwtops so you can preserve your street cred while enjoying some very good wine - only you have to know that you shelled out 10 bucks.
