I bought my son a hoodie for Christmas. Turns out the website also sold ladies' fashions somewhat like these. I was getting those ads for weeks. I'm not sure how much say TB as a site has over what ads appear for users.

I looked up car covers on my iPhone, including a"bra" for a Corolla.
Had bra and lingerie ads for weeks on my work desktop.
Somehow, the two accounts were related by accessing Facebook from both devices and AI figured a bra is a bra.

My daughter used my PC to look for a dress to attend a wedding in, for months after that I was getting adverts for ladies fashion.

One that popped up regularly was "Cute Japanese Fashion" with what looked to me to be 14 y.o. girls modelling small pieces of brightly coloured material. I'm not sure I could pull that look off even if they made them big enough to cover my somewhat overweight butt.

I bought a dress for a woman for Christmas this past year, I still occasionally get ads for women's footwear. At least that kinda makes sense, to an algorithm.

I just bought some Rocky boots (for men, for the field) and some knee high waterproof socks, don't see any ads for anything similar yet. Kind of a shame, a jet boil or pocket rocket is next on my list.
