So will this shut up the Wolfgang Van Halen haters?

There is no question Michael Anthony got screwed on this deal and completely disrespected. And with all due respect to you I don't think Wolfgang smokes him in anyway, shape or form. Just listen to Chickenfoot. Also the song Without You from Van Halen III (not a great album) MA plays some sick lines

You don't think Eddie's son is going to get some sort of special treatment and will probably be able to get away with a busier bass line than MA?

Yep, Mike can play (and Wolfie can, too). Regarding the Beatles quote they threw in at the very end of the song you linked- ironic, no?

Agreed. That's kind of what I was trying to say - along with the VH dig. I know it's the biz, but that's a crappy way to treat the guy who was there from the beginning and through a lot of crap.

He probably doesn't care anyway as he's doing more without VH than with - and probably with a lot less drama.
