Some advice, Please...

I have an SWR 750(Pre Fender) in a rack with a rackmount Korg DT1000 that I use through a custom made 2x12 (600Watt)Cab.
I have always liked the look and I read and hear good things about the Ashdown ABM EVO 500.

The questions is...

Are these amps comprable? Have any of you played or owned both? Just a questions I wanted to put out there to see if you thought it was worth selling the SWR to get the Ashdown.

I plan on going to Ludlow Guitars in NYC to try one out anyway.

ps. I play mostly rock/country rock.

Any advice would be very helpful!

Ive had both,and the Ashdown was not reliable,it was in the workshop more then at my gigs!!!it had a good sound though,but i think the SWR beats it overall IMHO.
