Depending on the amp in question, it may or may not be able to be easily secured to the top of the cab while it's tilted back.
Something like this for a non-tilt setup:

Dude just stack it on milk crates and be done with it.

I sometimes use a Leslie speaker cabinet. It raises the cabinet about 34”. Some use an ATA case.
Here is another option. This one does a slight tiltback to monitor better but you get the idea.

My personal preference for getting a cabinet off the ground would be another identical cabinet! But bands have been using these things as long as bands have been playing in places that serve food. They're stronger than you'd think and they even make black cover dressings for them. Available free at.... Ahem... I mean for a modest fee at your local restaurant supply store.
