I touched the Mothman bass on Saturday! (Note I did not play it, for concern of the other patrons in the shop)
It felt tingly.

If you're looking for modulation check out the Diamond Quantum Leap. It has a couple wicked delays, chorus, flange and a filter/envelope setting.

I picked one up a few months ago and have been noodling with it ever since.

I felt the same way a couple months ago. I got a Moog Freqbox. It def added a lot to that "crazy fun" category. Didnt last long though. I ended selling it. Mainly becasue I needed the money back. But I also dont think I wouldve used it enough to warrant keeping it. But it is a mighty fun and crazy pedal.

I've been having fun with the tc flashback x4. I'm actually using it sort of like a multi effect. On top of a ton of delays it has a looper and can do a pretty big variety of modulation both with and without delay. You can also dial in delays to sound more like reverb. It can even get some lofi almost bit crusher type sounds.

If you can find one, boss PS3 is insanity for days... so many entertaining modes... delay, pitch shifting, chorus, pitch shifting to almost ring mod... and then the famous reverse delay escalating pitch shifted mode that can cause you to lose hours...
