Song Set List Biker Bar

I think something like Arthur Lee's "Seven and Seven is" would be a hoot to play.
Bad Motor Scooter - Montrose.
Anything by Bob Seger.
For ZZTOP I'd go with "Beer Drinkers, and Hellraisers" and/or "Blue Jean Blues"
Trouble - Elvis Presley (but do it like Gillan did it!)
Something really odd, like "The Wizard" by Black Sabbath (tell me that bassline isn't great).
Gov’t Mule closed with Sabbath’s ‘Faries wear Boots’ when I saw them last.

Around here, bikers are generally more easy going than the people who brag about their boats. I would even go so far as to say bikers are more easy going than most people who are not bikers. Play what you play best and all will be well.

In the past, I always played an amalgam of classic rock and punk, including originals, covers, whatever, and never had a problem with a biker audience. I first became aware of this when I was playing for all ages shows in the 90s and the biker parents would be into it. Eventually ended up playing biker bars from time to time. You might not want to antagonize them, but if you're playing rock, they'll be down with it.

There've been a lot of great suggestions in this thread. AS a rule, Southern Rock is great place to start for biker type audiences along with "Bad Motor Scooter", "Magic Carpet Ride" type songs that have been mentioned. Doobie Bros, Santana, CCR type of bands that fall outside of the Country rock genre are also well received. Outlaw country (Wailen, Hank Jr, Charlie Daniels, etc) would also go over well. But yeah, bikers are people and like anyone else, just want good music.

I would tend to lean towards CCR's version of Grapevine vs, Marvin's. I personally prefer Marvin's but for this type of crowd, I'd lean towards rock vs. Motown.

I would also not be afraid to throw in some more recent stuff metallica, stp, alice in chains, soundgarden etc.
If you got keys then Deep Purple perfect strangers, hush, burn, and highway star.

Your list is a good start... here's some modifications:

6. Eric Burdon and the Animals - House of the Rising Son
7. ZZ Top - Cheap Sunglasses
8. Lightnin’ Hopkins - My Baby Don’t Stand No Cheating
9. Thin Lizzy - Jailbreak
10. Muddy Waters - Got my Mojo Workin'
