Been house hunting & we're about 99% there. I am totally stressed & not sleeping too well.
This is a first for me & I keep forgettin' that I'm the most important mofo in this process...and yet, I'm being made out to be the bad guy.

Ahhh, didn't know. Good luck with that, I know it's stressful. After having paid off our house about five years ago, we did a stupid thing last year and bought a new house. It was the first time we moved in 18 years and I forgot how stressful it could be. I think it was even worse because we were REALLY stupid and bought and settled on this house before we even put our old one on the market. I'm not sure I'd recommend that to anyone, especially in times like this.
But anyway, good luck. Sounds like you have your hands full with the situation.
