Whoa...Gino Vanelli? Re-visit that album (if possible). Jimmy Haslip on bass (perhaps on that tune). Leon Gaer plays a nice bass solo on the title track.

I may be thinking of someone else? I was thinking of an album my older sister used to play a lot way back when when I was younger and thinking it was kind of cheesy. That album popped into my head when I saw your post but, like i said, I might not be remembering the artist correctly because it was a long time ago. But now you got me curious, which (besides the hard time I give to and get from people :D) is the reason I like this thread so much.

KING Pleasure Time - Joe Jackson, Rain

I'm going to go way back for this one

Good King Wenceslas - The tune is that of "Tempus Adest Floridum" ("It is time for flowering"), a 13th-century spring carol, first published in the Swedish/Finnish Piae Cantiones, 1582. The lyrics of the carol are by John Mason Neale, Warden of Sackville College, East Grinstead, Sussex in the mid 1800s

Nice, good info!

Good Times Bad Times - Led Zeppelin, Led Zeppelin

Good Times - The Easybeats in 1967 with George Young (brother of Angus and Malcom) and the song featured Steve Marriott of The Small Faces on backing vocals. Good Times was covered by INXS with Jimmy Barnes in 1987 for the movie The Lost Boys soundtrack
