Songs that left you speechless

the tide, by the spill canvas

konstantine, by something corporate

get ****** up, by saves the day (and no it's not about drugs, it fit my situation when i heard it and fell in love. "everytime i think about you, i get ****** up")

sirens, by angels and airwaves

diaspora, by rise against

and a song called "martin's song", by a little known band from dundee scotland, this way up.

The Poet and the Pendulum - Nightwish
To Sirius - Gojira
Carry On - Angra
Heavyweight - Infected Mushroom
The whole This Godless Endeavor album - Nevermore
Bleed - Meshuggah
Bleak and Deliverance - Opeth
Fear of a Blank Planet - Porcupine Tree

Those are the ones from the top of my head. Even now I still get that feeling with Nevermore's album. Gojira is probably the most recent.

EDIT - Wormsong - Bjorn Lynne (I find it hilarious but also pretty damn clever)
Also, I also think Muse and Imogen Heap have at some point. I've seen them mentioned a lot and it reminded me.

Tool - Wings for Marie (parts 1 & 2) and Parabol/Parabola
Pearl Jam - Jeremy
Audioslave - Shadow On The Sun
Chris Rea - Candles
Nine Inch Nails - Something I Can Never Have (still version)

Just songs with very powerful emotion behind them.
