Songs with reference to your home town/state

Let's see:
- Georgia On My Mind
- Sweet Home Alabama
- 4 Dead In Ohio

Just off the top of my head. As far as referencing my home town/state? That's one of the drawbacks of being a GI brat; I don't have a home town or state. Not many songs about Air Force bases - and the one I was born on is gone now, anyway...:)

There's a ton of stuff referencing my area, lots of it from The Band (Time To Kill) and Steeley Dan (My Old School)...almost too many references to pick just one as they both had roots here and used the Hudson Valley as their muse quite a bit. There was High Five (Rock the Catskills) by Beck and Pete Seeger wrote about 8 million songs about the Hudson River. I know there's a bunch more, but that's what comes to mind immediately.
