I think he wants $15 for packing (having shipped a number of large cabinets, this is quite fair) plus actual shipping charges. FedEx Ground from OH to MA shouldn't be that much (assuming he'll use FedEx Ground). I've found them to be about 30% cheaper than UPS and I've gotten much better service.
