Soundtracks featuring killer bassists

There’s a guy on YouTube named “tripmaster monk” who put together a 45 minute compilation of film tracks from Japanese movies from the 60’s-70’s. I like 95% of the tracks, and it’s all seamless with no adds. Should be easy to find there. Some really cool bass playing at times but he hasn’t revealed the tracks, although Michiaki Watanabe is featured several times. Watanabe also did an anime spider man soundtrack called “eccentric sounds of spider man” that I like very much. He’s a big deal in Japan.
I don't know if it counts, but every incarnation of Cirque du Soleil I've seen live and on video just had some beastly musicians rocking the soundtrack. Heard some great bass playing there.

The movie is almost unwatchable but Rutger Gunnarsson re-recorded his bass parts for all the songs and just crushed it. He's got such a swagger to how he plays them you can almost hear him being like yea these are MY songs. He steals the whole movie honestly.
