Source Audio 2015 NAMM preview

Will the Neuro loop switcher require a Hub to operate?

I was told April recently. Although exactly when I'm not sure. I'm camping out in line for sure!

Ditto on this. I pretty much need the Reflex to complete my setup!

Same here, looking forward to picking up the Reflex when it is released, and the Neuro loop switcher.

Yes, the Neuro port on the loop switcher needs to be connected to a Hub for power and communications.

So what's the latest date and estimated street price on the Reflex?

There should be an announcement on this soon. We are still on track for April.

Sorry, if this has been asked before, but I didn't see it. What does the stomp switch do on the Reflex? The switch under the toe of the pedal (where a wah's bypass would usually be).

Hi Proton Lenny,
The stomp switch on the Reflex will effectively mute all of its outputs. When muted, the outputs will quickly ramp to their default values and the Reflex will stop outputting any MIDI messages or updating its analog expression outputs.

How, how can it get any better! That's awesome. Only thing I was thinking could be better would be if it allowed you to switch between 2 presets of expression. But being able to bypass is sweet! Thanks. Get this damn thing to us! Haha. Can't wait.

The Reflex's have been assembled and are now being tested. A few snags here and there that always happen with a new complicated product. The week of April 20 is my best estimate at the moment.

Great. Do you have a street price for them yet?

This is great news, can't wait to get my hands on a reflex. I was just talking to a bassist friend of mine who I have been trying to talk him into Source Audio Soundblox 2 pedals, mainly the Manta and OFD. I think they are both a gateway drug into Source Audio, depending on the player. In this case my buddy is a big groove/experimental player (he is going on tour w/Mark Guiliana next month) and recently asked me to recommend some new filters. It turned into an hour long conversation about Source Audio and all their new products, the Reflex w/hub, Manta and OFD and Solemate in particular. Just that combo on a mini board would be a killer set-up.

excellent!

will it work with the SB2 line?

It's a universal controller. It should work for every manufacturers pedals

I pretty sure he's asking if it has the 1/8" TRRS out (anything can call itself "universal," that doesn't make it the case). I'm positive it does, though.
