This setting sounds fantastic! First oil can setting I've seen in a digital pedal, I think. Any possibilities of one of these "Nemesis countdown" videos featuring the bass and one of the rhythmic or pitch-shifting settings?

Very good point! I remember thinking the original BEF was the end all envelope filter! Silly me!!

We're glad you dig it! I'll put something together to show off the rhythmic setting with bass. Here is an example of compounding octaves (0:05-0:15) and time/pitch modulation (2:30-end) with the Nemesis:

I am not committing to anything!

But, I will say this that we learned from doing the Nemesis:
The Neuro App in combination with the Hub and all the crazy stuff we have learned here talking about "can I use this to do that and can I map this to that and can I control this preset with that expression device and save all of this to a scene recallable with MIDI and sharable via a simple file format"...... has put is in a really strong position to take on a crazy complicated product like a full featured delay and put it into a really straightforward and intuitive SMALL pedal. Manta the DR and other SB2 products had so much cool stuff, but few people took the time to find it. Manta is one of the best straight forward envelope filter pedals ever made......but many people get all confused about that and think it is for dubstep wobbles because it does that really well too. It drives me crazy when I see a "best envelope filter" thread without Manta being mentioned. We need Smeet to do a blind test ala the phaser one (my favorite TB moment :) !!! (Sorry for the quick rant.)

Bottom line is that I think we have jumped to a very high level over the last 6 minths in terms of taking our complex powerful stuff, and making it really simple, fun and accessible for almost all.

Please don't take this the wrong way, I really like SA products, but isn't there room for some improvement in terms of integration? Is the SB2 series abandoned? All the new good stuff comes with the One Series and the app but I'm not too keen on having a mix of Hub Manager, Neuro app, One Series and SB2 pedals where they are not fully integrated. Add to that the Reflex pedal which is awesome but is not part of the Hub world either. Could there be some work done to bring this all together now that the One Series development maybe levels out a bit?

Not to worry. The Hub manager software will offer all the controls one needs for the One Series. The only reason we have not done this right away is that the Hub manager software development environment is multi-platform and REALLY difficult to work with. The nice thing is that when we do the work we get Mac and PC out of the box. Nemesis has consumer 150 percent of our engineering bandwidth for the last 6 months. Luckily we are almost done.

Integration of SB2 and One Series and Hub is a high priority for us! Sorry I was not quite giving the right impression!

Not sure about Reflex integration into Hub Manager. Will need to think about that. Certainly we want to get the editors done eventually.

Here is one of the 21 different rhythms you can find on the Nemesis.

I agree with all this would add that a fully functional Reflex editor is a lot more important to me than Hub integration.
